Our Nationwide Shipping Policy
Diosa promises to offer you the best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We always ensure that all due precautions are taken so that our jewelry reaches you in excellent condition.

Diosa offers absolutely free shipping within India. However, when we ship out of India, then relevant courier charges may apply which would be informed to the customers prior order confirmation via email. Please note, COD option is not available for International Shipping. For further information please refer to our International Shipping Policy mentioned below.
Delivery Time Please note our estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. This is the approximate time by which your order would reach your doorstep.
Please note, business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Friday, excluding national and state holidays.
Our Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping address. In few areas, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Sometimes, delivery may also take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. In case of “Make for Me” products, we do acknowledge, that the timelines are higher than usual e-commerce sites because our jewelry involves extensive craftsmanship and finishing which consumes a lot of time to be finished with perfection.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
Once you have the tracking information (reference number and name of our courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your order. You can also, call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not satisfied with the information provided by them, please feel free to contact us with order number and we will be more than happy to assist you.

We at Diosa Jewels are happy to offer a 15-day return policy. Any customer not satisfied with a product can return the product within 15 days of receiving the product.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep items (Including the invoice) in a packet and address it to : Diosa Jewels, 101-103, Shreeji Darshan, Opera House, Tata Road No.2, Mumbai – 400 004, India
- All items that are returned should be in their original condition with the packaging intact
- All items returned by customers with the tags intact will be given a 100% credit note
- All items returned by customers without the tags intact will be given only a 70% credit note
- All items that are damaged in transit while being delivered by Diosa Jewels, will be borne by Diosa Jewels
- If your order arrived damaged though shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product
Subsequent to this, your product package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-4 business days.
Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on www.diosajewels.com
We’re proud to offer Lifetime Exchange on all purchases made from the Diosa Jewels website.
At any time, if you want to exchange your purchased jewellery for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange.
All items exchanged by customers will be given a 70% credit note. Their account will be credited with 70% of the invoiced value of the jewellery being exchanged.
The credit balance will be intimated to the customer via e-mail. This balance can be utilised by the customer for any purchase from Diosa Jewels website.
Can a Credit note be refunded into my bank account?
In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
